We reserve the right to use third party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law. If necessary, we reserve the right to ask for identification, if necessary. You must be legal smoking age for the state in which you reside to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase electronic cigarette products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may require to review your identification card. You will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address. We will require a signed authorization note along with a legible copy of your identification card. We will cancel the order if proper identification cannot be given in an appropriate amount of time. All fraudulent orders may be reported to the local authorities within your vicinity.

Compliance

In accordance with local jurisdiction and laws, certain states require the use of adult signature confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. This delivery service may require an additional charge and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process with a flat fee.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations when you use chief.shop and purchase products through the site. In our sole discretion, we may report actual or perceived violations to law enforcement or appropriate authorities.

Permissions

For lithium batteries, we cannot control the way they will be used, charged, discharged or stored after purchase, Chief.Shop offers no warranty to lithium battery/batteries or any type of rechargeable batteries, separate or contained within the device, other than the battery working correctly upon first charge. We are not responsible for any damages for any type of batteries due to the cause of usage or short-circuited. Please make sure that you understand how lithium and rechargeable batteries as well as devices that contain lithium rechargeable devices work. Use them at your risk. These products contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
We recommend that you do intense research on each product before purchasing. Please make sure you know how to learn all the safety rules for all batteries, rebuildable atomizers, advanced devices or any other products that we sell. Risk of Loss
All of your purchases from Chief.Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Term and Termination
When accessing this site or completing registration or shopping access, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions. Chief.Shop may modify these terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Return/Refund Policy
We want our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 5-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Upon delivery of your order, if you notice any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, you must report it to us within 24 hours. We charge a 15% restocking fee for orders that are returned without defect and packages that were undeliverable due to the customer entering the incorrect shipping address. There is a 7% restocking fee for orders cancelled at the customer’s request. Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 5-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not. After the 5-day return period ends, we try our best to provide as much assistance as possible with any manufacturer defect problems that may arise. We value your business, and always try to work out the best possible solution to issues on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be as reasonable and fair as possible and hope our customers reciprocate. Unfortunately, consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, rebuildable supplies, etc). 

ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 5 DAYS. Any/all items purchased from Chief.Shop and/or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange: 

-Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.

 -Item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days of the original delivery date.

 -Return must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by filling out the return form. 

-Buyer must agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase. 

Chief.Shop reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

Typographical Errors
In the event that Chief.Ship has mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, typos or any information in regards to any product or any page, Chief.Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chief.Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chief.Shop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chief.Shop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Battery Warning
Caution: When working or handling with all rechargeable batteries, there are always risks due to characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Please make sure that you have enough knowledge on Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable cells in charging, discharging, assembly, storing as well as under any circumstances. Always pay careful attention when batteries are being charged. Never leave any batteries or chargers unattended while in use. Always charge batteries on fire-proof surface and prevent charging on wood or carpet surfaces. Chief.Shop is not responsible for any damage of any modification to the batteries or charges in any shape or form. We are not responsible for the damage of any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable batteries.

Refusal or Limit of service
